These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between JobProStar Recruitment Firm (“JobProStar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual or entity (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) engaging our recruitment services. By utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional agreements or policies referenced herein.


1. Service Description: 

JobProStar provides recruitment and staffing services to assist Clients in identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for employment opportunities.


2.  Engagement: 

By engaging JobProStar’s services, you authorize us to act as your representative in sourcing, evaluating, and presenting candidates for employment opportunities within your organization.


3.  Fees and Payment: 

Fees for our services will be agreed upon prior to engagement and outlined in a separate agreement. Payment terms are specified in the agreement and must be adhered to by the Client.


4.  Candidate Information: 

All information provided to you regarding potential candidates is confidential and for your internal use only. You agree not to disclose candidate information to third parties without express consent.


5.  Candidate Selection: 

JobProStar makes reasonable efforts to screen and present candidates who match the qualifications and requirements specified by the Client. However, the final decision regarding candidate selection and hiring rests solely with the Client.


6.  Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality: 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of engagement.


7.  Intellectual Property: 

Any materials, documents, or intellectual property provided by JobProStar remain the exclusive property of JobProStar and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.


8.  Limitation of Liability: 

JobProStar shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.


9.  Termination: 

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled, and any obligations regarding confidentiality shall remain in effect.


10.  Governing Law: 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


11.  Amendments: 

JobProStar reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


12.  Entire Agreement: 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between JobProStar and the Client regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
